Since his admission as a Solicitor in 2006, James has acted exclusively in the area of mortgage and finance law. James has accrued extensive experience in the areas of mortgage advances, mortgage litigation and debt recovery.

Catherine works closely with James in meeting the requirements of our banking and finance clients where she is responsible for preparing mortgage, loan and ancillary security documentation and for liaising with mortgage and caveat lenders, brokers and borrowers before and after loans have been advanced.
